New liveness check component
This change does not require any adjustments on the customer side.
For all Intrum identification processes where the end user records a video selfie to perform a liveness check, a new technical component is used for liveness detection. The new component enables passive liveness detection, allowing identity verification without complex or unnatural movements for the end user. This results in a smooth and intuitive capture process and removes the requirement for full screen mode. The solution has been audited and is certified according to ISO 30107-3 Level 2, ensuring compliance with relevant security and regulatory requirements.

New scan of Swiss residence permit
This change does not require any adjustments on the customer side.
For all Intrum identification processes that include scanning a residence permit, a new solution will be introduced. In the updated flow, the documents are scanned in the following order:
Step 1: Residence permit
Step 2: Passport or national ID from the country of origin
The front and back sides of the residence permit are now automatically scanned within AutoIdent instead of being captured as photos. This enhancement enables structured data extraction and improves overall data quality. As a result, fewer manual checks are required, reducing the need for follow-up reviews by customers.
Please check our documentation for more details on the Swiss residence permit scan.
