New Features

  • Signing with Swisscom Advanced Electronic Signature (AES) Fasttrack: Documents can be signed with level AES in Switzerland, by using a Swiss mobile number. No identification is needed before the signing process.

  • Signing with Swisscom Simple Electronic Signature (SES). Documents can be signed with level SES. No identification is needed before the signing process.

  • Channel Selection: On desktop a QR code can be displayed, that allows the enduser to do the scan on a mobile device. Depending on the configuration, the user can continue the signing on desktop or in the mobile device.

  • New testbot names (shorter and not case sensitive) can be used on sandbox. More detailed information regarding the testbots can be delivered on request.

Improvements

  • UX-Improvements in integrated flow to accept Swisscom terms & conditions. More detailed information can be delivered on request.

  • Update to neutral colors in seal.ID Identification screens.

  • When retrieving case details per API the issuing date of the identification document is newly included in the reviewed data as well (issuingDate in verificationData.verificationDocument).

  • When retrieving case details per API the name (primaryName and secondaryName) is automatically adjusted so that the first letter is in upper case and all other letters are in lower case. This is applied for the automatic extracted data (autoIdData.identificationDocument) and for the reviewed data (verificationData.verificationDocument).

  • If a profile is used, that includes taking a photo of the residence permit, the file name is newly called “residence_permit_{case_id}.jpg”.

  • An eye icon is displayed next to the document names in the signing flow, to indicate that the documents can be viewed directly in the browser.
