Improvements identification services

• Mocked identification flow: The identification flow now supports mocking the happy path of the standard seal.ID process with agent review. This feature is available only in the sandbox environment and not in production. If you're interested in using this feature, please open a support ticket or contact your account manager. For more details, refer to our mock feature documentation.

• Additional information in the identification dashboard Two new columns, Ident-ID and extCaseId, have been added to the identification dashboard:

  • Ident-ID: The technical ID provided by the identification providers Intrum or IDnow.

  • extCaseId: A custom parameter that can be submitted when creating an identification case.

• Enhanced search function in the identification dashboard The search functionality in the identification dashboard has been improved. Identification cases will now appear in search results when any of the following identifiers are used:

  • ubiIDCaseID – Already supported previously

  • Ident-ID – Technical ID from the identification providers Intrum or IDnow

  • extCaseId (Identification Case) – Custom parameter submitted during identification case creation

  • extPersonId – Custom parameter submitted during identification case creation

  • signerId – Returned in the response when creating a document basket

  • documentBasketId – Returned in the response when creating a document basket

  • extCaseId (Document Basket) – Custom parameter submitted when creating the document basket

• Residence permit: A new field, "imageQuality", will be added to the additional document section for the residence permit document type. This field indicates whether the submitted image of the residence permit meets the required quality standards.
