Update of iFrame of signing provider Swisscom

• Option to resend SMS code for users if the SMS was not received.

• More providers for the SMS sending process where added to lead to a better coverage of countries.

• A time bar is shown to indicate to the user, that there is limited time to enter the sms code.

• Updated instructions to improve the user experience.
