Improvements identification services
New start screen: After a case was revoked, the end user will see a screen with the information that the case was revoked when opening the identification link.
Show revoke status in case info API: API response of GET api/v1/{tenantId}/id-cases/{caseId} includes information if a case was revoked (isRevoked: true).
Improve stability of testbots on prod-sandbox: Improvement of testbot stability to avoid that in some cases, the process could not be finished when using testbots.
Display phone country code next to phone number: The selected phone country code (e.g. +41) is displayed next to the mobile phone number to indicate to the end user, that the phone country code has not be typed in.
Improvements signing services
NEW KEY FEATURE FOR SMART-LINK: Please request activation
We strongly recommend to activate this feature if you are using the smart-link. Please open a service desk ticket to request its activation.
Redo identification when period to sign has expired: The end user has the option to redo an identification with an existing smart-link, once the link is no longer valid to sign. This happens if the maximum allowed time between identification and signing has been reached.
Notes for integration: The already completed case will be reset and the will be updated to IDENTIFICATION_FAILED ("ubiIdStatusReason": "SIGNING_ABORTED", "ubiIdStatusDetails": "REDIRECTION_LIFETIME_EXPIRED"). Please make sure to download the updated identification files, after the identification was performed again.
